Matcha Museli Bowl

There is nothing better than cozying up with a healthy winter muesli bowl! Enjoy wholesome soaked grains topped with fresh fruit, nuts and healthy fats for a delicious and quick breakfast on the go!

Servings:

 

Ingredients 

1 teaspoon good quality matcha powder 

1 cup muesli 

1 cup milk of choice 

Rowdy Mermaid Matcha Yuzu Adaptogen Tonic

 

Optional Toppings
Segmented grapefruit, segmented blood oranges, sliced bananas, hemp seeds, nuts, goji berries, honey, toasted coconut, and more! 

 

 

Instructions 

  1. Prepare the matcha. To a small mixing bowl add 1 tablespoon hot water and matcha powder. Whisk until no clumps remain. Set aside. 
  2. To a bowl, add muesli and milk. Place in the microwave and warm on high for 3-5 minutes (Alternatively, you can cook the muesli on a stove set to medium heat), or until liquid is absorbed and muesli is tender. 
  3. Stir in matcha mixture and top with desired toppings. Serve with Rowdy Mermaid Matcha Yuzu Sparkling Immunity Tonic
