To make our Alpine Lavender kombucha, we steeped this aromatherapeutic plant with bioflavonoid-rich elderflower to craft a crisp, yet relaxing flavor combination. Our Alpine Lavender kombucha is perfectly balanced by tart lemon in this invigorating version of the classic gimlet.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the gin and a light squeeze of lemon.
Shake for 20 seconds, then strain the lemon-infused gin into a chilled cocktail glass or tumbler filled with ice.
Top with Rowdy Mermaid Alpine Lavender kombucha and gently stir.
Garnish with lemon wheel and lavender.
