1 can Rowdy Mermaid Lion’s Mane Kombucha
1½ cups diced frozen mango
2 bananas, sliced into coins and frozen
1 clementine, peeled, separated into slices and frozen
½ cup mixed fresh berries
½ starfruit, sliced into 6 pieces
¼ cup dragonfruit, small diced
2 Tbs. honey roasted cashews, chopped
2 tsp. toasted coconut shreds
2 tsp. chia seeds
- Make the smoothie base by pouring the Rowdy Mermaid Lion’s Mane Kombucha into a blender. Add frozen diced mango, banana coins, and clementine slices, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer smoothie base to small bowls, and top smoothie bowls with fruit, nut, and seed toppings.
- Enjoy while cold.
This recipe is freezer-prep friendly and can be partially prepared ahead of time. Simply portion the frozen smoothie base fruit into lidded containers and keep in the freezer until ready to blend.
