Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Base
1 can Rowdy Mermaid Lion’s Mane Kombucha
1½ cups diced frozen mango
2 bananas, sliced into coins and frozen
1 clementine, peeled, separated into slices and frozen


Smoothie Toppings
½ cup mixed fresh berries
½ starfruit, sliced into 6 pieces
¼ cup dragonfruit, small diced
2 Tbs. honey roasted cashews, chopped
2 tsp. toasted coconut shreds
2 tsp. chia seeds



  1. Make the smoothie base by pouring the Rowdy Mermaid Lion’s Mane Kombucha into a blender. Add frozen diced mango, banana coins, and clementine slices, and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer smoothie base to small bowls, and top smoothie bowls with fruit, nut, and seed toppings.
  3. Enjoy while cold.



This recipe is freezer-prep friendly and can be partially prepared ahead of time. Simply portion the frozen smoothie base fruit into lidded containers and keep in the freezer until ready to blend.
