Rowdy Mermaid is seeking a full time Warehouse Technician to join the Rowdy team based at our Boulder, CO facility. This position is responsible for building pallet orders of products for customer orders, orchestrating timely assimilation of pallets, loading trucks inbound and outbound from our facility, and keeping the warehouse/cooler organized while adhering to food safety standards. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail, be able to manage multiple projects at once, have the ability to work with numerous departments and people mindfully, and be nimble with changing protocols as we expand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and related documentation

• Greet drivers, take inbound times and truck/product temperatures, seal numbers

• Match and record outbound/inbound quantities of products to BOLs and pallet tags

• Ensure timely loading and unloading at the docks

• Cross-check product quantities with driver, fill out BOLs, and provide driver with copies

• Log all inbound products from the production team into the cooler

• Organize the cooler to optimize First In First Out protocols and procedures

• Document products on customer pallets on BOLs and pallet tags accurately

• Ensure all damaged cases are accounted for on loss logs on a weekly basis

• Enforce facility procedures and protocols

• Build all orders from pick sheets using First In First Out

• Maintain cooler and warehouse organization and cleanliness

• Assist warehouse lead with BOL, pallet tag, and verification document creation and organization

• Assist the production team with packaging tasks when they are short handed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to frequently lift and stack 50 lbs frequently individually and 70 lbs occasionally with team lift

• Required movements include twisting, stooping, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, etc.

• Possess a clean driving record and valid Colorado ID

• Have the ability to load and unload vehicles without assistance

• Possess a strong attention to detail, timeliness, and have a strong work ethic

JOB INFORMATION

• Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hour

• Job Classification: Enter Hourly or Salary Information

• Schedule: Time requirement- A minimum of 40 hours/ week will be required for this role. A small amount of odd hours, overtime, and weekend work will be needed.

* Please note that this is an FDA facility and removable facial piercings, excessive makeup and perfumes, etc are not permitted on the production floor. Wearing of hairnets, long pants and safety toed shoes, as well as personal cleanliness and uniforms are strictly enforced.
